Celebrity milliner Philip Treacy is staging a runway show at London Fashion Week this September! The Irish designer, whose fanciful toppers are loved by Kate Winslet, Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker, and more, made his London Fashion Week debut in 1993, where supermodels like Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, and Kate Moss worked his all-black creations."The media went crazy when all those girls did my show and it completely changed perceptions of the hat," the designer told The Telegraph. In 2000, Treacy left the London lienup to focus on Paris's Couture Fashion Week and catering to his celebrity clients, which makes his upcoming runway return a long-awaited one!
