Two fantastic movies competed tighly in the Teen Choice Awards 2012, which is The Hunger Games and Breaking Dawn Part I. The results of both's competition was announced at the Gibson Amphitheatre, California, Sunday, July 22, 2012 local time.
As quoted by Aceshowbiz, as many as 134 million people around the world have contributed their voices in the Teen Choice Awards 2012. The result, The Hunger Games is bagging the most awards for the movie category.
The film is made by director Gary Ross is a sci-fi/fantasy movie choices. The two main players, Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson was named best actress and actor category of sci-fi/fantasy movie. They even awarded 'choice liplock' through a romantic kissing scene in the movie.
Although in several categories The Hunger Games is winning, the world's favorite movie of teen choices turned out to be collaboration of handsome vampire Robert Pattinson and the pretty Kristen Stewart's acting in the movie The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part I.
In addition to being the main choice, movie is adapted of the novel by Stephanie Meyers was also selected as a romantic movie. Stewart's acting in that movie made her was chosen as a the choice actress for a romantic movie.
Breaking Dawn Part I is not the only way Stewart received an award. Through the movie Snow White and the Huntsman, Stewart was selected as the choice of summer movie actress.
Teen Choice Awards also gave rise to the name of Emma Stone as the movie star choice of drama, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber as the singer of choice, Selena Gomez as the band of choice, and many other names.
Teen Choice Awards is not just an award in the field of film and music, but also other categories such as fashion is called Justin Bieber as a male fashion icon and Miley Cyrus as a woman with coolest fashion style.
